I have met the enemy, and they are my feet.

Anything below my hip is no longer part of my body, because my body would not be causing me this pain. Well, except for the shins, they're ok (for the moment ¬_¬ ). My feet have two huge blisters on them and my thighs send throbs of pain up them with every step.........which is why I am refusing to walk for the rest of the night. The reason for this rebellion? Read on dear.......er........readers.......:S


Well, I've been down here in Melbourne for 4 weeks now, and am finally getting around to that pesky business of acquiring income and shelter. Yesterday began phase one of plan income, had an interview at a place yesterday. BNS Advertising, they call themselves. LIES!!! CHARLITANS!!!! SHENANIGANS!!! SHENANIGANS I SAY!!!! BS Advertising more like it! Damn bloody door to door hawkers/peddlers/shit pushers they are! I spent the entire day today hoofin' it around South Melbourne helping to flog crap because they never made it clear how their "sales" were done in their ad or the interview yesterday. Had I known how they worked I would've been out of there faster than you can say "Hey, is that a sucker over there?" Ghazrat the Testy has a reputation to uphold! Granted, it's a miniscule one, that not many people know of, but it's my reputation dagnabbit! Still there was some good to come from the day.

1 - I have learned never to answer an ad in the newspaper again unless it specifically states what one will be doing

2 - I got shouted lunch

3 - Got to have a hot chocolate to warm me up on the way there this morning (damn you Melbourne weather!!!! *shakes fist*)

4 - Treated myself to a Boost Juice on the way home (note to self, never get Lemon Crush again, stick to Rasperry Crush and King William Chocolate. It was supposed to have Orange Juice in it as well as Lemon Juice, but I think they either left it out, or got reeeeeeeeeeally sour oranges)

5 - I found out where the Acclaim and Hasbro Melbourne officies are

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to plan how to stay off my feet for the rest of the day and tomorrow.....
