A devious plot Mother, devious indeed
Sunday, August 14th, 2005 08:11 pmSo while I was over pet sitting my aunt & uncle's place my plane tickets arrived. Mother did good and put them in a safe place...or maybe not, seeing as the "safe place" was my bedroom. Good idea in theory, except she had to dump a bunch of other stuff in there from the spare room cause we got a new student and I could no longer use it as a place to hide my excess shit, so now I can't find my tickets. I think it's all part of some evil plot to get me to clean my room and sort through all that other junk. ¬_¬
I had my appointement at the hospital last Wednesday from when they cancelled the other one last month, my hand still has a bruise from the IV. Hope they use the other hand when I have to go back this Thursday. More freaking tests, the thing hasn't bothered me for 23 years, why the big fuss about my heart now.
I'm knitting a scarf for when I'm in Melbourne, and I'm thinking I'm gonna need some gloves too. Mum dragged me out to the VP60 (Victory in the Pacific, it's the marking of the end of WWII), which was on the Strand (beach) and by gum it was COLD! If I was that close to being a Ghaz-sicle yesterday when we barely have a winter I'm gonna need some heavy duty stuff for September. I think I'll be perma-wrapped in blankets when I'm not outside, and dressed in three bajillion layers when I am.
Hmm, room, heart, scarf, think that was all I had on my mind. There, ya see Fus, I did have more to say...just took me a day (or week) longer than I wanted to say it. >_>
