Saturday, September 16th, 2006 10:02 amMade it! :D Flying Jetstar wasn't that bad actually, they got in half an hour early. o.o And because I had all day to pack I think this could quite possibly be the first time I haven't forgotten anything. XD Well, except for the muffin that I was gonna take to eat on the plane, but that's no biggie. We'll see how the flight back is before I commit to flying down on them every time from now on though.
SO, I wasn't actually that cold last night when I got in! Yes, it was nippy, but I didn't want to turn around and jump back on another nice warm plane. Who's replaced my body's instafreeze thermostat with one that's a bit more hardy? >_> And I'm typing this in just my flannelette PJs and some socks, no blankie or scarf or gloves or nothing! :O Guess the winter back home was colder than I thought. >_> We'll see how I go today outside though. >:]
Today's plans! As soon as I manage to kick Trin out of bed I'm making him escort me to the Pokémon Tour at Chadstone, because I have no idea how to get there. >_> There will be much downloading of the Top 20 fully trained monsters, I hope! Brought both my Ruby and Fire Red carts, as well as my SP along with my DS just in case. And then tomorrow I'll do it all again with Kas at Fountain Gate! :D
And speaking of Nintendo, I got an SMS from them last night telling me that the Wii's going to launch here on December 7! :O Cue much near falling over due to shock! That's only a week after the Japanese launch! Pity it's going to be $400 and not $350, but I kinda expected them to do that. The GCN was supposed to launch at $400 before the XBox has that massive price cut due to it not selling. And $400's a damn sight better than $650 or $1000! Now all I have to do is find somewhere to pre-order when I get home. ¬_¬
Oh, and while I'm out at the Pokétour today, someone remind me to get more batteries for my MP3 player. :3
