Just how big would that pogo stick have to be?

Sweet Primus on a pogo stick, I had the worst migrane on Friday. Now, I know I am incredibly lucky with my migranes, once I throw up I can sleep it off and I'm usually able to be up and about again in a couple of hours. Not perfectly fine, hell no I'm still tender, but I'll at least be able to see again and do stuff, and the pain generally stays away as long as I don't move too fast or bend down too far.

Not this one though, no, it decided that it wanted to hang around and not let me sleep. The pain got so intense I caved and went to the after hours doctors to get some shots to help with the nasuea and so I could sleep. Which didn't really work that well, as I kept waking up during the night to find the pain was still there.

So you can imagine the last place I wanted to be on Saturday was at work for a toy sale. :/ Even though I made it through the day (slowly and with as little movements as possible), it was nice to know I had a doctor's certificate that said I could go home anytime if I needed to.

Feeling much better today thankfully, although plain water is still making me feel nauseas. Hooray for peach tea flavoured cordial!



In other news, I am hopelessly addicted to Meerkat Manor. It's worse than a soap opera I tell you!
