Hmm, yes. It seems moving (and possibly cleaning could produce the same results, if it is a particularly thorough cleaning) one's room can be fortuitous. During the long, drawn out process of moving my room back upstairs to what was my old room before I moved downstairs way back in '97, I had to shove some stuff in the spare room for temporary storage purposes. Well, after weeks of slowly, so slowly attacking it little bits here and there I had to do a bit of a mad dash to get everything out yesterday, as we finally got another boarder (more about him later). During said tossing everything out of that room I came across my old Pokémon Pinball cart. Now, it was never lost to begin with, it was merely out of sight, out of mind while I was downstairs, so I hadn't played it for a while. Seeing as of late I haven't been playing many games besides Gunbound I thought I'd give it a bit of a burl again. Silly silly me, I've barely been able to put it down since last night. I got off the net in a bid to get to bed a bit earlier last night so that I might get up a bit earlier (pfft, yea, like that happened), and what did I do? Played Pokémon Pinball in bed for an hour. *blush* This afternoon I decided to give the Red table a quick burl for 10 or so minutes, cause I was never very good on the Red table, always found the Blue one easier to get long runs on, and I ended up spending an hour on one ball! :O I got something over 4,000,000,000 points, 4 extra balls, 7 pokémon caught and 3 evolved before mum made me save it and help her outside. O_O I NEVER had that much luck on Red before! And then when I came back and continued on I bumped the cart and it crashed on me, so my mega score didn't get to hit the score board. >_< I don't think I'll ever have a run like that again, or at least not for another 2 years when I pick it up again after it falling behind my bedside table or something.
Like I said before, we got a new boarder moved in today. Name of Zac, and he's a Canananananananadian, just like mah Moonie! :D Obviously he's not studying English out at the Uni like our usual boarders, he's doing a teaching course, and he'll only be here for 5 weeks. Mum was a bit dissapointed that he decided we were an acceptable home for him for the next few weeks, 'cause there was a Chinese girl that rang up the same morning and she would've been here for longer. But she hasn't called us back yet, so it's prolly better that Zac is here, at least Mum'll have a bit more money coming in over the next month.
Checked my mobile bill online today too, my call to moonie last week only cost $25, not bad for a mobile to international ground line. AND I had enough of my free calls for the month left that I actually didn't pay anything for it. :D Woo! So that means if I time it properly I can call Mooneh now and then and not pay any more than I've already paid for that month! ^_^ Just gotta make sure I keep an eye on the free time and pay for cheaper ones and use the free time for more expensive calls. :)
Hmm, think that's all, this is quite a decent entry from me for once. Hope that keeps ya satisfied for now Trin. :P
