Heh, hi.
As I'm sure all of the Aussies know, most of Queensland is currently flooded. For those of you that didn't know, most of Queensland is currently flooded. Like, epic, once in a lifetime flooding. Thankfully where I am we're incredibly lucky when it comes to a shit-ton of rain. Sure, we've been getting rain almost daily since Christmas, but once the rain stops falling the water will recede fairly quickly. Sadly though, there was fatal flash flooding in Toowoomba yesterday, and most of the state capital is preparing for flooding tomorrow. Which is where my sister lives, so you can guess what I'm worried about.
So yeah, basically I'm checking in, letting everyone know that I haven't gone under, and to say that if you are in any of the flood affected areas (and can see this) please stay safe.
